    According to Roll Call, during a Democrat strategy session last week Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) broached the idea of suspending earmarks during the 2010 appropriations process.     The States Fight Back: Virginia Rejects Obamacare’s Individual Mandates

    Yesterday the U.S. Constitution and federalism won a key battle. The Virginia Senate, which has a Democrat Majority, passed a bill prohibiting a requirement for Virginians to purchase health-care insurance. Five Democrats from swing districts joined all of the Senate Republicans in voting in favor of the measure. And with a Republican State House and Governor, this bill is expected to make it into law.     10,000 Rally Against Obamacare

    U.S. CAPITOL WEST STEPS – Last Thursday a call went out from talk radio to conservatives to gather today, at noon, for a press conference on Obamacare. Over 10,000 people have shown up so far to raise their concerns about the health care discussions currently under way.
