I started to collect my pension from the carpenter’s union in Couthern California. I have seen what happens when one group has too much power. We need a balance with labor and management. This will give labor too much power. It will give mob rule over the individual. This is a very very bad bill for America.

This is unfare to those people who perfer to vote in private and do not want to be part of the collective bargining process. Further is will lead to the demise of companies who are too small to pay union wages or adhere to work shop rules.
This is what caused the demise of the auto industry. Too much too fast now everyone is suffering the company, the employee and the customer. Everyone except the union and the officials.
