The 2014 Conservative Policy Summit, hosted by Heritage Action for America, brought together nine conservative reformers from the House and Senate to discuss some of America’s most pressing issues.

Protecting privacy, transforming the welfare state, and energy policy were just a few of the issues on the agenda, and these policymakers — along with former senator turned Heritage Foundation President Jim DeMint — were eager to share their conservative vision for the future.

The conservative lawmakers who spoke at Heritage today stressed that America will not prosper under managed decline and other European-style policies. Instead, they believe that their conservative reform agenda will put America on a path to economic prosperity — and on a path toward achieving the American dream.
