    House Cloakroom:

    Analysis: The schedule this week remains unsettled. The House is likely to continue sending targeted funding bills to the Senate. Since President Obama and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) shut down the government to protect Obamacare, the House has sent more than a dozen funding bills to the Senate.

    Analysis: If the pattern holds, the Senate will continue to ignore House-passed bills that fund things like veterans benefits.
