    Analysis: This week, the Senate will consider the Continuing Appropriations Resolution, 2014, which was passed with bipartisan support in the House by a vote of 230-189. It would fund the government until December 15 and permanently defund Obamacare, which is a massive threat to the economy. The law has already resulted in job losses and increased health care costs.
