  • WATCH: Babies, Movies, and Veterans at The Bloggers Briefing

People are having too few babies, Jonathan Last warns in his new book, “What to Expect When No One’s Expecting.” The world’s population will peak, and then begin shrinking, within the next 50 years. What are the consequences? Last, a senior writer at the Weekly Standard, will join us at Tuesday’s Bloggers Briefing to explain how this demographic disaster will reshape culture, the economy, and politics here and abroad.

We’ll also hear from Adam Guillette of the Moving Picture Institute. He will announce the organization’s 2013 Liberty in Film Awards at the briefing.

And finally, Col. David Sutherland will discuss the new documentary, “Veteran Nation,” which offers a compelling story of how the nation has treated its veterans from the American Revolution to the present. Heritage is screening the film Thursday at 4:30 p.m. This is a great opportunity to learn more about helping veterans.

Join us here at noon ET for The Bloggers Briefing at Heritage.
