  • VIDEO: Campaign Staffer Caught Red-Handed Facilitating Voter Fraud

Conservative activist and filmmaker James O’Keefe released a shocking video on Wednesday apparently showing Patrick Moran, son of and campaign field manager for Rep. Jim Moran (D-VA), facilitating voter fraud by instructing an undercover videographer on how to forge documents to give to poll workers.

Moran has since resigned from his father’s campaign, claiming he thought the cameraman “was joking.”

“He’ll need something with a name and their address on it,” Patrick Moran tells the cameraman, who says he and an acquaintance plan to vote fraudulently for 100 people. “There will be a lot of voter protections so if they just have, they’ll just need a utility bill or a bank statement — bank statement would obviously be tough — but they can fake a utility bill with ease, you know?”

“It has to be a utility bill or something like that,” Moran notes later in the video. “So you’ll have to forge it.”

In order to gather names of voters who are not planning on going to the polls on election day – and who therefore would make viable targets for fraudulent voting – Moran suggests the cameraman pose as a pollster to find disengaged people or people who are not likely to vote.

42 U.S.C. 1973gg-10(2) makes it a federal felony for anyone to attempt to “deprive or defraud the residents of a State of a fair and impartially conducted election process, by…the procurement, casting, or tabulation of ballots that are known by the person to materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent.”

Moran’s behavior would seem to fall squarely within this federal statute.  It is a serious violation of the law and it should be investigated by both the Virginia Attorney General and the Office of the United States Attorney in Alexandria.

The video is the latest from O’Keefe’s Project Veritas, which made a splash with its 2009 sting at offices of the now-defunct Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now.  The video points out not only why states like Virginia should implement photo ID requirements for voting, but the unfortunate willingness of some who work in campaigns to commit fraud to win elections.

Many thanks for showing squarely how voter fraud is done. I am sure the villains already have the means as this article demonstrates. What this does do is send a clear and believable message to good people to take seriously the charges of voter fraud and work to prevent it.

Constitutional Attorney: Obama Stealing the Election

Published on RedFlagNews.com in early August by Michael Connelly, a US Army veteran and retired Constitutional attorney:

The White House, the Justice Department and the Democratic National Committee (DNC) are launching an all out effort to steal the election from the American people. The pattern actually started shortly after Obama was sworn in and Eric Holder was appointed as the Attorney General. He declined to prosecute the members of the New Black Panther party who had openly carried weapons and intimidated white voters at a polling place in Philadelphia in 2008.

Then, prior to the 2010 elections the Justice Department told many state governments that they did not have to comply with the federal law that required them to send absentee ballots to military personnel within a certain time period. The law was designed to make sure that our people overseas had time to file their ballots and have them counted. The actions of the DOJ were specifically designed to undercut the intent of the law and many members of the military did not have their votes counted. In fact, according to the Army Times magazine as many as 30% of the absentee votes of military personnel in the 2010 elections were not counted.

To make matters even worse, the Obama campaign and the DNC are trying to limit the rights of military personnel stationed in the U.S. They have filed a lawsuit in Ohio challenging a law in the key swing state of Ohio that gives military personnel an extra three days to cast early votes in elections. The Obama campaign claims that there is “no discernible rationale basis” for the law. It is unbelievable that the Dems are trying to make it harder for the people defending our right to vote to cast their own votes. Their rational is clear however, the majority of military personnel will be voting for Republican candidates in the election.

Eric Holder has also been aggressively trying to stop states like Texas and South Carolina from enforcing laws that require a picture ID in order to vote. He is also trying to keep other states like Florida from purging their voter rolls of people who are deceased, and of illegal aliens who are not eligible to vote. It is estimated that thousands of illegal or fraudulent votes were cast in the last Florida election.

The intentions are clear, protect the Democratic base of dead voters and illegals, limit the military votes, sanction voter intimidation, and get Obama reelected at any cost. It is up to the rest of America to make sure that we vote so that we still have a chance of saving out country.
