Starting at 7 PM, the Heritage Foundation, the Libre Initiative, and the American Conservative Union, will host a pre-debate forum and panel featuring leaders in the Hispanic community and the conservative movement.

The event will focus on the third and final presidential debate, taking place at 9 PM in Boca Raton, FL, as well as a range of topical policy issues and a general discussion of conservative outreach to the Hispanic-American community.
