In a new undercover video sting, James O’Keefe has captured a staffer for Organizing for America, which was established in 2009 to support the Obama Administration’s legislative agenda and is now connected to the Obama campaign, helping an undercover operative get set up to vote twice.
In the new video by the man who helped take down ACORN, an Obama volunteer who is working undercover for James O’Keefe tells Organizing for America’s director in Texas, Stephanie Caballero, that she wants to vote more than once to help re-elect President Obama.
According to O’Keefe’s organization, Caballero is listed in FEC filings as a Democratic National Committee employee.
Caballero then helps the Texas voter and volunteer get the form needed to request an absentee ballot for Florida, a key battleground state. Though Caballero never explicitly says voting twice is allowed, the dialogue in the video shows that she knows what the voter intends to do. Caballero says that she’ll print out the Florida form and “you just have to mail it back.” The double voter says that she doesn’t want “to get in any trouble, but like I said, if no one is gonna know.” Caballero’s laughing response? “Oh my God this is so funny! It’s cool though!” Caballero asks if the volunteer is “going to do what I think you are going to do?,” that is, vote in both Texas and Florida. After the volunteer says, “If no one is going to know,” Caballero gives the forms to the volunteer that will allow her to commit a federal felony by voting twice.
The video only shows part of the conversation, but from the excerpts shown there could be evidence of a series of violations of federal law by OFA’s director. First of all, 42 U.S.C. § 1973i(e) makes it a felony punishable by a fine of $10,000 or five years in prison for anyone to vote twice in a federal election. By assisting someone to possibly violate this provision, Caballero may have committed a felony under 42 U.S.C. § 1973gg-10i(e), which prohibits her from attempting to deprive or defraud the residents of a state of a fair and impartially conducted election by “the procurement, casting, or tabulation of ballots that are known by the person to be materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent.” She also may be charged with conspiracy under 18 U.S.C. § 371 and aiding and abetting a violation of federal law under 18 U.S.C. §2.
This is an extremely serious violation of the law. O’Keefe’s video also includes scenes of OFA voter registration volunteers offering registration forms to individuals who state they are probably going to vote in two states. It is unknown at this point how common this type of assistance is across the country.
So what? This is nothing new. The Dems have been using voter fraud for decades going back to Kennedy in 1960 when JFK's father bought enough votes for his son to win. Mary Landrieu (D-LA) won with the help of voters bused to the polls, voting as many as 5 times each, and paid for each vote. Yet a federal judge threw the case out despite direct testimony by the voters of their actions. Why do you think the Dems will do everything in their power to stop voter ID? Without voter fraud, they don't stand a chance and they know it.
The cheating never stops.
His whole term is nothing but slanderous attacks on truth while his (and the sheep he herds) truth is collapsing the American foundation of moral principle and human decency. All nonprofit organizations take government funding using our money against integrity to protect their voter fraud. It has to stop!! They don't have a chance so they cheat with the big man's backing who will only win on fraud. Obama is not a good man. He shows no sign of good will. Many Obama people won't grasp his deception because sheep follow the herder no questions asked and no need for truth.
