No. It’s that simple.
A number of House members and senators have been circulating this picture of the first panel from yesterday’s House Oversight Committee hearing, which featured five clergymen, decrying it as an “all-male hearing,” in the words of Sen. Patty Murray (D-WA). A number of Murray’s Senate colleagues, and numerous House members, echoed the falsehood.
In fact, as this picture shows, the hearing was not “all-male.”
The second panel to testify before the committee featured Dr. Laura Champion, medical director of Calvin College Health Services, and Dr. Allison Dabbs Garrett, senior vice-president for academic affairs at Oklahoma Christian University.
The incessant attempts by liberals to distract from the real issue of yesterday’s hearing – the constitutional problems in forcing employers to violate their own religious beliefs – prompted thoroughly fallacious claims that Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA), who chairs the Oversight Committee, and other congressional Republicans, were conducting a “war on women.”
The argument is absurd on its face, but few of its supporting claims have been so thoroughly and demonstrably false as the notion that yesterday’s Oversight hearing featured testimony only from men.

Of course that's how the left played it…they always make up things because they can't argue on substance.
How else can you "play" it? Commeittee members WERE in fact all males…..check your facts. Dr. Laura Champion, medical director of Calvin College Health Services, and Dr. Allison Dabbs Garrett were on the second panal to testify but were NOT on the panel.
The Minority was allowed one witness and she was denied access. The second panel is completely of the Majority choosing. The problem is obvious. I would love to hear the 2nd conference.
Lie first, lie often, its the alinsky way
For a hearing on contraception, kudos to the GOP for having 2 women in the 2nd panel. 5 witnesses in the first panel and all of them male. 6 witnesses on 2nd panel and 2 of them were female. 2 out of 11 of witnesses on contraception were female – sounds about right for a GOP majority….and of course Chairman Issa denied the Dem female witness would would have spoken in favor of the contraception mandate.
None of those people represent me or anyone I know.

You really should stop watching liberal news. The hearing wasn't a hearing on contraception–no one is trying to keep women from accessing birth control–Planned Parenthood is out there to make sure everyone has access to birth control. The hearing was about the freedom of religion — otherwise know as the First Amendment to our Constitution! The hearing was about FORCING religious entities to provide "health services" that are in complete opposition to the religious beliefs of that entity. When all the churches in the United States are closed down, will people finally see what's really going on?
