Ms. Burke, I believe that the public school system is broken beyond repair. Charters are a step in the right direction but our experience has shown that as long as the heavy hand of government is on the purse strings and the curriculum the charter choice is not really a choice. Is there a national will for the people to push legislatures to return tax dollars to parents so that they may choose the educational institution that they wish their children to attend?
If we continue to allow our tax dollars to flow through Washington to our schools won't we always be subject to the whims and pressures of the special interests that control the politicians?
i would be very happy if i have get a chance to learn in US
