      James,
      Are there any advantages at all to OPEN? Because to me, it looks like OPEN means "Open Season" on minorities such as authors, artists, photographers and other independent content creators, and extended protection for Big Business and predators.

      Isn't the onus on a restaurant owner to ensure that coachroaches don't get into the food?
      Why, just because someone provides a service for profit on the internet, should they not be as responsible as any establishment owner on main street?
