  • Heritage’s Bill Beach: Fix the Debt, or Taxes Will Double for Millennials

In a new interview with The Boundless Show, Bill Beach of The Heritage Foundation shocked host Lisa Anderson and her young-adult audience with his statement: “If we don’t immediately act to solve the debt crisis, what will happen is tax rates will basically double by the time the current millennial generation is in their 50’s—which isn’t that far away.“

Their discussion was based on Heritage’s recent report Slay the Beast: How You Can Save Us from the Massive Debt. A presentation Beach and co-author Rob Bluey have given across the country, Slay the Beast reveals principles for college students and young professionals to weather the current recession and what they can do to fix our nation’s fiscal crisis.

A webzine of Focus on the Family, Boundless offers articles and advice for young adults–listen to the full episode featuring Bill Beach here. Visit www.heritage.org/SlayTheBeast to download and print an electronic version of Slay the Beast: How You Can Save Us from the Massive Debt.

One Response to Heritage’s Bill Beach: Fix the Debt, or Taxes Will Double for Millennials

This is awesome! Thank you for spreading the truth and realization with common sense!

The youth are resilient and will see through the deception and the manipulation they're being put through. They know or will come to know that freedom is strength and strength is being personally responsible without dependence of government costs imposing programs of inferiority. We have some of our own youth and the word does spread!!

It's sad it's come to this but it is a beautiful thing when you hear it's clicked in their minds!

Big Government Is NOT the Answer

Your tax dollars are being spent on programs that we really don't need.
