Simple question… where in the US Constitution does it give Congress the authority to create an agency to activily partiicipate or even regulate private transactions (loans) between a private citizen and a financial institution?

    2. Leon Lundquist, Dura says:

What part of the word Bubble are we not understanding? The values of Real Estate have been driven up, held up and never allowed to come down. Let's look under this elephant's skirt! The houses are kept overvalued so as to support State and Local Government, Property Taxes. Nobody has let the Housing Market correct! Anybody remember the Jimmie Carter days? When every newspaper had thousands and thousands of FHA homes for $500 down?

A decent house in the 1960's was $10 Gs, but the same house today is $100 Gs even $200,000. Twenty times! That's Inflation you can believe in! What was it? Whip inflation up now? No doubt the EPA doubled the cost of building a house. No doubt the U.S. Government owning over 50% of the property in America, that has to drive up the Market! Housing is crazy at the local level. You can't build anything you want. You can't live in it, Americans can't do anything they want in home building!

Do a Detroit? Bulldoze the houses to protect the Market? Right now it is squatter's rights. Who wants a house in the new Progressive Neighborhoods with all those Illegal Aliens and welfare mothers? Gang houses and crack houses? Those Neighborhoods were destroyed by Progressive Socialist Democrats and their crazy Policies! The real problem is the American Educational system don't teach anything American anymore. Really, the Housing Problem is a Socialism problem, it is a Man Caused Disaster. That's the real problem.

Big Government Is NOT the Answer

Your tax dollars are being spent on programs that we really don't need.
