A United States District Court has just announced that Virginia’s lawsuit, led by Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli, may proceed. This lawsuit, file shortly after Obamacare’s passage, represents the state’s direct challenge of the new law. This lawsuit is separate from a larger effort of several states, led by Florida.
Earlier this summer, we sat down with Cuccinelli for an exclusive interview to discuss the threat Obamacare poses and his state’s lawsuit.

I attended the Virginia Republican Convention in Richmond when Mr. Cuccinelli was selected to represent the Republican Party in the upcomining elections. I considered him a good choice for the position of Attorney General. The stand that he has taken on Heath Care and Illegal imigration confirms my confidence in him. Thank you Mr Attorney General for standing for the citizens of Virginia and the United States.

i want to make once upon a time story….25 years ago I was in California involved with peoples from more or less Europe.One of those was very well known as designer for showing suits dress in Keblard textures , into Dean Martin well known show…….This guay, was very successfull and build up an "American Dream", as Manson,Bentley Car,Court yard,Sweeming pool and so on…..But life is creepy sometimes…He fall with brain desease…..And u know what? He loosed everything because in the show business in America ,you're nt covered up that much against such situation,as several personns in this country…..I personnally had somes health care to fixed up after words…..Then it's one of reason why I move back to France….At least,they dont weeped out people in order to manage health care….So please that bull shit whereas Insurances Trust are involved…!lol
