  • Not the Change Americans are Looking For

If you’re not willing to make significant sacrifices in your life to save the environment, don’t worry, you’re not alone. A new Rasmussen survey “shows that only 17% of adults believe most Americans would be willing to make major cutbacks in their lifestyle in order to help save the environment. Most (65%) say that’s not the case.” But that’s the name of the game for radical environmental agendas and even government regulations geared towards forcing Americans to use less energy.  Environmentalists want people to dramatically change their behavior. Of the ideas suggested by environmentalists or proposed/enacted by Members of Congress, what would the respondents consider major cutbacks?

    Paying significantly higher electricity bills.
More pain at the gas pump
Forced into smaller, less safe vehicles
Swapping your pet cat or dog for a pet you can eat
    Reducing your meat consumption
    Eliminating school choice
    Rolling brownouts and blackouts
Regulations on schools, farms, restaurants, hospitals, apartment complexes, churches, and anything with a motor—from motor vehicles to lawnmowers, jet skis, and leaf blowers.

These are just a few examples of environmental alarmist ideas to reduce our nation’s carbon footprint or actual government-proposed laws and regulations.  Are those major enough?

It's all hogwash this EPA stuff. It's a way to get money out of the hands of the people and into the hands of the big bankers in the IMF. They are stealing your money.

New alert: Fossil fuel is from whales – not from the ground. What is used is oil from the ground, which is always replenishing from dead animals and people. The earth needs saving – Yes – But we have no way of saving it. Nothing we do will save it. The sun's solar flares are heating up, the earth's magnetism has a hole in in. It's nice to think clean and green and save the earth and share the wealth and no wars, etc., etc., but that's only being said by the progressives to make themselves gain money and power and control. Control of people is equivalent to slavery.

Who is this man Barry Obama ? We have never seen his birth certificate ?

Helene in Ny, it's worse than that .Their proposals will reduce carbon emissions ~ 1% Is that worth destroying our wonderful country's major energy producing industries ? There is a much greater agenda here !!

    4. Nicolai Alatzas says:

To say it comes from organic materials and that makes it Ok is rather ignorant. I don't think I even need to begin to name all the natural and organic materials that are deadly poisonous.

So as the rest of the world wakes up you can choose to play the devils advocate, however it won't stop the rest of the world from realizing the inconvenient truth.

I find it interesting that you think Whales replenish the billions of gallons of fuel that are consumed daily.

But you know what they say Ignorance is Bliss, so enjoy it while you got it.

Big Government Is NOT the Answer

Your tax dollars are being spent on programs that we really don't need.
