This week, Judge Andrew Napolitano, senior judicial analyst at the Fox News channel and author of the new book, Lies the Government Told You, stopped by the Heritage Foundation to talk about his thoughts about the tea party movement and its prospects for the future.
He also explained why he feels that Obamacare is unconstitutional and sketched out some points that might form a basis for a possible legal challenge.

If there is the slightest possibility of a challenge with merit, it would save a system that works to the benefit of Americans and works for Americans. Everything the Gov. has touched has turned to crap.
. Obamcare, the entire legislation, is unConstitutional because not authorized in Article I, Section 8, where a program must be authorized to be Constitutional. There is no authorization anywhere in the Constitution for the Federal Government to be involved in "health care." I am addressing here only the CONSTITUTIONAL question and not court rulings. Court rulings are NOT the Constitution, NOT law.

Use the ICC against this stupid law. How can Congress 'regulate commerce between States' if they inhibit it? Lawmakers are idiots. They become politicians because they couldn't make a living in the real world.

Thank the Lord above for Judge Napolitano and others like him who are speaking out for the Constitution and against the expansion of of government. If the mainstream media would just wake up and smell the burning bacon, we could rein in government.
It is up to the conservative media, Heritage Foundation, Fox, and folks like the Judge who will save this country but it won't be easy. The American people (conservatives) are starting to wake up. Hopefully enough will see the light by November to vote the scoundrels out of office.
