You obviously don't understand the three arms of our government. President Obama wasn't elected to rule over the Congress and the Supreme Court, and all the citizens. Obama was elected by about 53% of the voters, mostly in metropolitan areas, but his duty is to represent all the citizens, not just those who voted for him. That means the States who did not support him, still have a president that will listen to their concerns and weigh them as he exercises his duties. This is also true of nurses and the nursing society membership. The Mayo Clinic just last week stated that starting at the beginning of next year they would not take any more medicare patients as the government didn't even pay the costs associated with these patients let alone the overhead!!! do you think it will be better when the government runs the health care for ALL patients??
