This "global warming/climate change" movement has become a pseudo religion world wide and some of our politicians and other world leaders are caught up in the emotions and political correctness that feeds this pesudo religion. Where has common sense gone? Yes, we all need to do our part to conserve and take care of our planet but to continue to make rules, regulations and laws which attack other areas of our lives is non-sense. We used to live in California and moved to Colorado to buy and start small businesses due to the anti-business climate of that state.

The global warming scare is based on scientific models of the global climate. Two characteristics of these types of models are that they become less reliable with increasing complexity and that reliability declines with time.
Simple models can be very reliable over a relatively short term of time. That is why you can use modeling technology to develop nuclear weapons. There are actually a small number of important variables and the timeframe of an explosion is fairly short.
The global climate is another matter. There are many variables (some including solar behavior that are not even on the globe) that must be included. The models have not proved to be predictive of even the number of hurricanes each year, or average annual temperature. We have these models for 20 years and the data is not that good. Yet the climatologist are very confident in predicting average temperature 100 years into the future. The 20-year predictions were not that good. Why should I believe the 100-year predictions?
This is very consistent with common sense. What is not consistent with common sense is to reorder the economy based inherently unreliable models.

Most members of government and all their affiliates need immediatel dismissal. After they take necessary steps in their personal expense of rehabilitating themselves BACK TO THE PRINCIPLES OF AMERICA, maybe they'll meet requirements to run.
