They can also file a separate suit addressing the unconstitutional mandate threatening Americans with jail/fine. NOW, maybe well-meaning Democrats will understand the danger of allowing the radical left-wing of their party to speak on their “behalf”. Ultimately, the Democrats will suffer as well. Our income threshhold will be too high to qualify for help..yet they will force us to buy insurance! How can that be possible? We don't want ANY govt. help! I hope that those of you who voted these Marxists in are happy with the results. I know that when I'm living in my car, I'l be relieved to know that, in 2014, I can make a doctor's appointment (six monthes out) & get great "government rationed" care. We must vote them all out.
