		<description>Perhaps if stem cell research wasn&#039;t so held back over the years, it could have shown stronger results. It&#039;s not fair to question how fruitful a project is, when the project was never given a fair chance to thrive in the first place. </description>

At least be honest and say what it really is. 
 
&quot;Make taxpayer funds available.  If we need more funds we will find something else to tax.  In other words, the taxpayer cannot stop us and we will take as much as we want.&quot; 
 
That 16th Amendment needs to be amended ASAP. There has to be a permanent &quot;total personal tax limit&quot;, irrevocable except for war only. No moving money around; no shell games. 
 
Good luck since Mr. Progressive, Woodrow Wilson, opened Pandora&#039;s Box. </description>
