There are areas of the report that exude ineptness!!Al Gore's assertion that oceans will rise 20 feet is the most outrageous statement without being held accountable. The IPCC report he relied upon for his information states clearly, IF CO2 levels do impact climate, and IF warming should continue at simlar rate over the next 100 years oceans MAY rise anywhere from 7" to 18".
