Evelyn Jones,
You really crack me up! Your choice (2) is no choice at all! At least that's what I understood from your poorly written message. Catrachos will not give Zelaya, Chavez's lap dog, another chance to ignore the Honduran Constitution and perpetuate himself in office. The military simply obeyed lawful orders and got Mel out of there! Yeah, they could have done it in a more "dignified" way (at least they could have waited until he got fully dressed!), but I'm not going to second-guess them. Zelaya can count himself as being a very lucky individual. In times past, when democracy didn't work so good in those "banana republics" he would be 6' under!

What a ridiculous article, the two choices that you guys mentioned could no be more wrong. The actual choices are the following:
Choice 1. Vote to allowed the conservative parties (liberal and Nationalists) and oligarchy to continue on power manipulating and repressing the people.

Choice 2. No Vote until President Zelaya is restore to power and to obtained a more stable environment for the third political party (UD) to have a chance to campaigned for the elections.

The second choice will give the option to the people of Honduras a choice to continued the course of political conservatism or to move to a more liberal political system.
