I encourage everyone to spend a few minutes looking at the backgrounds of your state & federal rep's. If your district is anything like mine, you may be shocked to find out that not one person representing you has done anything except work for the government, sit on fine arts boards, work for a government agency or non-profit. We need to put people in office that have held real jobs in the private sector.

Allegedly the "stimulus" had been meant for "shovel ready"
projects. The only thing(s) apparently "ready" here were --
the shovels! Ready to shovel your/our (future) money.
Way to go, Government! Nothing like having a shovel by your
side at all times, right? Money by the truckload, except to
those who'll have to pay. That's us! Thanks a lot! 2010's
already on the calendar! (No wonder the budget's always in the red!)

MORE taxpayer dollars down the cra---r.

How much more "lost" unaccountable money are we going to tolerate? As much as congress wants to spend.

On a side issue, where's the federal investigation on ACORN? Where's the AG on this one? Nowhere.
