It goes on about the Sec. 202 & 204 requirements that HOMES get an "energy lable" before it can be sold. I've "searched" your site and CATOs site for more explanation and find nothing. HR 2454 is a looong bill.- but I expect it on a disk that can be "word seaarched". IF the home "lable" is in the bill "we" should know it. THERE'S a long Email about HR 2454. It goes on about the Sec. 202 & 204 requirements that HOMES get an "energy lable" before it can be sold.
