And returned the power to regulate education back to the states and the parents. It's one the reasons home schooling became so popular. Back in my time, many of the students went to one room schools where all 8 grades were taught in one room. They were very smart when they came into town for high school. Home schooling grew out of the country school idea. In the last few years, many of our national winners were home schooled. Our education system has been going down since I graduated in the 40's and before, I'm sure. It's one the reasons home schooling became so popular. Liberty of a State's Rights issue? Education? I am amazed that School Vouchers are allowed in Florida, all over the Country Vouchers are held as 'destructive of the Public schools' as if the Schools weren't destroyed already by Communist Curriculum, Communist written Textbooks and Communist written education policies. So, getting out of mind destroying public schools is Unconstitutional? I mean Go JEB BUSH! Hooray! But honestly, these are small wishes in a free country. How can School Choice be Unconstitutional?
