On Saturday, October 18, 2005, Pamela Vitale has plans to go to an afternoon ballet with a friend. She never made it. Armed with a knife, sixteen-year old Scott Dyleski breaks into Vitale’s home and viciously attacks her. Pam puts up valiant fight, but she was unable to escape Dyleski’s brutal beatings and savage knife blows. Pam’s husband comes home to find blood smeared across the front door and windows. He enters his home, only to find blood all over the inside of his home, and his dead wife. Noted criminal defense attorney and committed liberal Dan Horowitz, Pam’s husband, discusses for the first time in public the crime scene, the juvenile killer, and the tactics of the anti-incarceration crowd with respect to life without parole for juvenile killers and violent teens.

These problems have already been solved, they have been solved for a thousand years. It used to be called discipline. Now that government has taken the right of American Citizens to control their children, the out of control children commit unthinkable crimes. We have always had standards for Sentencing, and particularly heinous crimes get extra time.
What? Were you born yesterday? This murder is not up to the standards of Life In Prison, and certainly not the Death Penalty. Every murder is horrible but untie the Judges and let them do their job. No, don’t let them out at age Eighteen no matter what. That is nuts. Let them serve out their Juvenile Sentence, and maybe some hard time for murder, but you don’t have to rewrite ten thousand years of Law because you are so “evolved” or something. We had a good system before the damned Liberals started fiddling with it. Don’t go along with them on more and more fascism.
