As long as mankind expires naturally, accidentally or of illness, there is no excuse at any age, for one life to make a conscious decision to kill another. Severity of the law is important to deter this heinous conduct. Threat to civil society and proved to be so by their personal choice of actions. Our sympathies and condolences to the only victims, Jimmy, Jody Robinson and family.
