Founded in 1973, The Heritage Foundation is a research and educational institution—a think tank—whose mission is to formulate and promote conservative public policies based on the principles of free enterprise, limited government, individual freedom, traditional American values, and a strong national defense. We believe the principles and ideas of the American Founding are worth conserving and renewing. The guilty of all ages, show a definite pattern of self victimization to excuse their choice to murder with terrific ongoing influence of adult counselors, lawyers and government programs enabling personal weakness, encouraging sympathy to excuse.
As long as mankind expires naturally, accidentally or of illness, there is no excuse at any age, for one life to make a conscious decision to kill another.
Severity of the law is important to deter this heinous conduct. Threat to civil society and proved to be so by their personal choice of actions.
