As an anti-federalist independent, I don't believe Tom goes far enough in removing the federal government's unnecessary and improper intrusion into individual states' business and social matters. But he does offer a good starting point for returning to the constitution's original intent and ingenious design of limited government. Pelosi's "1,990 page health care bill" is a misguided constitutional transgression and grandiose mistake that needs to be scrapped in its entirety.
