The current proposals are unsustainable. We can never pay for this program. This will result in a taxation explosion unseen before - and it may be permanent. The fundamental issue is always cost. They know we cannot pay for this; any estimates are wild guesses. Make no mistake, everybody will pay for this, including the middle class, the poor, and the elderly. Mix in cap n' trade and sign the treaty in Copenhagen and it's over. Simple fact. The current proposals are unsustainable. We can never pay for this program.
