HENCE, THE FEDERAL GOV'T IS SUPPOSE TO RE-INVERSE THOSE COST TO EA STATE BURDEN WITH THE PROBLEM.

HERE IN AZ, AS A BORDER STATE, WE HAVE FIVE PRISONS, ( NOT JAILS) THAT HOUSED ALL VIOLENT NON-LEGALS AT THE COST OF $35,000 EACH.

I DO NOT KNOW @ THIS TIME, THE EXACT #'S PER EA PRISON, BUT IT IS IN THE THOUSANDS OVER ALL.

ALSO UNLIKE CA , WE DO NOT HAVE SANCTUARY LAW TO PROTECT THE VIOLENT OFFENDER AND UNDER AGE OFFFENDERS.

THE DUPLICITY CONTINUES TO CUT DEEP HOWEVER, RECENTLY A LAWYER REPRESENTING ONE OF THE FOREIGN NATIONALS WAS CONVICTED FOR TRYING TO SMUGGLE DRUGS INTO THE PRISON WHILE MEETING WITH ONE OF HIS CLIENTS.

THE FEDERAL GOV'T IS SUPPOSE TO REINVERSE ALL COST, BUT HAS NOT PONEY UP THE MONEY, PAID-OUT, FOR THESE IMMATES IN OUR STATE.

THE BURDEN OF THE COST HAS BEEN PASSED TO THE TAX PAYERS OF AZ.

THE STATE OF AZ IS IN FISCAL CALLASPE.

CA'S PROBLEM IS FAR GREATER.

THOUSANDS OF PRISONERS THERE WILL SOON BE RELEASED TO 'CUT-COST'IN CA.

IT IS ONE OF THE MANY UN-SPOKEN INJUSTICES OF OUR CURRENT SYSTEM OF HOW OUR TAX DOLLARS ARE SPENT .IT IS THE SYSTEM OF 'DON'T ASK,DON'T TELL."

Yet our perverse society has engaged on a path of least resistance. It is a shame to have to KILL some one. Yet the cost to our nation is great. Not so much in monetary value, but in making ourselves hostage to those with the will to KILL. I fear not for I carry a weapon at all times, and am willing to use it. Another disgusting cowardly sub-human preying on defenseless citizens. And still the liberals among us preach mercy for this animal. Again I ask "will these bleeding hearts invite this guy into their house or even neighborhood?" If they want life in prison for him, they should be willing to pay the cost of keeping him housed and fed til some liberal judge releases him on to society again. I for one, wouldn't want to bear any such cost.

The simple facts that this case made it's all the way to the Supreme court is pathetic.

Along the way, did the San Jose law enforcement agency(s), under the banner of "Sanctutary Law" ignore this animal and also not arrest these individual(s) becasue of specific protections under "sanctions" with-in the laws, specifically for non-legals in all major CA based cities.

So after all the crime sprees what did the legal system do in San Jose?

We, as a society can not have both way.

Law enforcement agencys are paid for by the tax payers.

They are entrusted to arrest, all violent offenders regardless of ethnity ,and not to "protect under age violent offenders."

The facts are so clear;

Ca has numerous cases like this.

I have always wondered why the citizens do not sue the city,in direct violation of non-enforcement, of Federal Laws, as well as individual police Depts. for enaction.

The citizens of San Jose should look very closely at this monster they have created under the direct violation of thier own civil rights, being violated every day.
