I wonder what the pay scale is for all employees under this disaster? I wonder how inefficient and overstaffed at the force of other people's money it will be? The problem with the constitution is, people decided to interpret it to fit the times instead of learning that the constitution is a document that sets freedom and power and control of the people,for the people, and by the people, in their individual lives and lifestyles at their will and with limited government and under civil law FOR ALL TIMES.
