My immediate reaction was that it was a hoax but as thigs are unfolding I am thinking more and more about this video on youtube and I am not so sure it is a hoax. The video runs about 2 hours and one of the things that they proposed in the 60's was to use climate change as a means of controllig the population via fear. They also said that they could also use pharmacueticals and expanded welfare to this means. They talked about the need to reduce the worlds population.
