		<description>Heard today on FOX that we may be letting Russians into our sites to physically observe and count all our nucs. The &quot;mutual&quot; verification programs will be more intrusive and is unprecedented. 
 
The SALT treaty is due to expire in December. Supposedly, Russians will showcase a nuc with 10 warheads if no new agreement is signed. 
 
A Russian spokesman for their PREZ apparently is backpeddling already on tougher sanctions on Iran, stating they have not exhausted all options - yet. 
 
I shudder to think what concessions America may be giving up behind closed doors. 
 
Then again, our friend and ally is just a big, lovable, teddy bear. </description>
