His lack of proof on any subject, that his rhetoric is nothing but appeasement to some faction of his supporters, should concern everyone. If we don't invest now in our future weapons programs then Obama is, by budget proof, dismantling our future capabilities to independently succeed militarily, in as much as he has done with our future capabilities to economic succeed also.
