About The Heritage Foundation

Founded in 1973, The Heritage Foundation is a research and educational institution—a think tank—whose mission is to formulate and promote conservative public policies based on the principles of free enterprise, limited government, individual freedom, traditional American values, and a strong national defense. We believe the principles and ideas of the American Founding are worth conserving and renewing. As policy entrepreneurs, we believe the most effective solutions are consistent with those ideas and principles.

More Crazy Talk From Obama’s Green Job’s Czar

Posted September 4th, 2009 at 11:52am in Energy and Environment 10 Print This Post Print This Post

Yesterday we highlighted reports from the Washington Times‘ Amanda Carpenter confirming that President Barack Obama’s hand picked Green Jobs Czar, Van Jones, signed a statement in 2004 accusing President George Bush of deliberately allowing 9/11 to happen as a pretext for war.

Jones then claimed yesterday that he “did not carefully review the language in the petition before agreeing to add his name.”

But now ABC News is reporting that Jones was also on the “organizing committee” for a 2002 march in San Francisco that asked Congress to investigate the following questions:

“What is the relationship between Bin Laden, his family and the Bush family and the Carlyle Group?

“Why were no fighter planes dispatched to intercept the four hijacked planes on September 11th, in violation of standard procedures?

“Who actually was in control of the ‘hijacked planes’? …

“Did the CIA have foreknowledge of the attack, who tried to profit with put options on American, United, Merrill Lynch stock just before the attack?…

“What are Bush’s and Cheney’s connections to the drug industry?

“Why is the evidence being destroyed when an investigation of the World Trade Center collapse is needed?”

Again, Green Jobs Czar is the perfect job for a 9/11 truther. Just as Popular Mechanics has debunked all of the crazy 9/11 truther claims, research both here in the U.S., and abroad, has repeatedly demonstrated that subsidizing high cost renewable energies destroys more jobs than it creates.

Crazy is as crazy does.

So, Van did not “carefully review what he was signing”?

Give me a break, the man has a law degree.

If this is true, it is all the more reason he should resign or be fired – immediately. Although, I’m certain he will still be consulted, just without the Czar title.

Americans are fed up with the misleading, ommission, and outright lies. We need people who say what they mean and do what they say. At least our President HAS done exactly that and this is why Americans are asking “What the ___ is going on?!

These same questions should be asked of Mr. Jones. Another one fabricating all faults be on the white skinned man. When in fact it is Obama and Jones and those that follow, holding people back from their freedom and fullest potential in life.

Remember when the president stated a white man’s greed puts a world in need? Direct instruction to HATE! Building resentment must be the president’s way of uniting.

I know no greedy white man. I do know where the greed is. GOVERNMENT GREED PUTS A WORLD IN NEED. LEADERS OF THE WORLD ARE THE ONES WITH MONEY, CORRUPTION AND DISHONESTY. OPPRESSORS OF FREEDOM. IT’S NOT THE WHITE MAN, IT’S ALL GOVERNMENT LEADERS OF ALL SKIN COLORS!

We are in trouble as a nation if we let this Congress and this President take us into a Soviet style country. This Healthcare issue is just another form of control from cradle to grave.Without voices like yours and people like Glenn Beck we would not have “Radio Free America” see the similarities!

The jobs were created, just not in the USA, but China, thanks to Clinton and Obama in his pitch for World Ruler.

There is no fact here, nor discussion of so-called Green policies. Only one sentence at the end associated with your 9-11 discussion. Shame on you for using national tragedy to get attention for your blog and unsupported propaganda…search engine fodder, perhaps?

I find myself wondering why we have not had this man obama thrown out of the White House. When you hear him speak lies one after the other and put in office these people who do not like America why have our country not impeached Him. I love my country and my grandfather and Father and my Husband. My mother and grandmother worked on airplanes in the war. It is time we not only pray but stand up for this country. God has to be the center of this country not idles like we have now.

This president has added a large number of Czars to his administration. I’m wondering if this is an attempt to change the ballence of power to favor the executive branch. As Obama already has congress in his pocket and is well on his way to getting the court to lean to the left.

Facts are unaccepting to the indoctrinated. Words are taken out of context and perception is distorted.
