Townhall Downfall: Obamacare and the Enumerated Powers of Congress

Last Friday we outlined just some of the ways that Obamacare is inconsistent with our founding first principles [1]. In this video from a St. Louis, Missouri, townhall hosted by Sen. Claire McCaskill’s (D-MO) office, a servicemen politely and cogently explains that “health care” does not appear anywhere among the enumerated powers granted to Congress in Article I section 8 of the U.S. Constitution:
