I am a combat veteran of World War II, I fought for the country I respect and love. This year we have seen a Stimulus package that will indebt my grandchildren with a hugh burden, we have seen the government take control of the financial arm of the country, we have seen effort in cap and trade which will cause a hugh tax burden for nothing, and now Obamacare, a socialist take over of a working system. I have been a member of Heritage Foundation for many years and I would like to congratulate them on their ability to present solid information for our consumption and hopefully for our elected respresentatives to understand. Married taxpayers filed 40 percent of returns, and they paid 75 percent of all federal income taxes. Bottom line: married taxpayers will pay for ObamaCare and nearly half of all Americans will get a free ride. Married taxpayers have real skin in the game. They are the ones whose opinions are valid.
