I hope the Dem's in Congress and the Senate keep blasting away at the people who pay their salaries. I hope they continue to show their defiance of the American public. I hope Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid really take the gloves off and take the public to task for their boorish behavior at townhall meetings. I want to see and hear them express their true feelings. Calling us a mob, or un-American, or even Nazis is relatively tame. I'm waiting for them to come out with the good stuff. I want to hear them call the rest of us commoners, peasants, or useful idiots. I want to hear them let loose with obscenities. In other words, I want to hear them say what they really think. Maybe, if we can press them a little on the fleet of corporate jets they just ordered, that might send them over the edge and elicit the kind of response I am hoping for. The public keeps forgetting, Congressmen and Senators are "special" people. They keep telling each other that. They surround themselves with teams of sychophants who are well paid to keep reminding them of their "specialness". They tend to view the "public" as the rest of us tend to view "public restrooms", something to be avoided unless absolutely necessary. I love it.
