The point made by Investors Business Daily is the legal premise for resistance to ObamaCare: Freedom of Assembly. This essential right extends to all who wish to bind together to share in and manage the costs of any good or service - - including medical care. Most of today's insurers trace roots back to mutual aid or fraternal based benevolent societies where like-minded people grouped together to spread the cost of expenses they could otherwise not afford individually. If commercial insurance companies cannot meet whatever "test" Congress would impose, all we need do is resurrect this proven method from our past. This would be communitarinism at it's best and something that even Obama could understand.

And a bill has already been introduced (H.J.R. #5)
to repeal the 22nd amendment. Will they ram that through too. No presidential term limits means the Obama Dictatorship takes a licking and keeps on ticking.

I hope the people who voted for Obama are starting to realize that they were hoodwinked. They were expecting to have teir mortgage(or rent) and their gasoline paid for buy Obama's government, only to find that he only wanted the power to try to turn this country into a marxist state. Perhaps that is what some of them would prefer.

Nothing obama proposes ever adds up to any amount of rational, reasoning or prosperity. Technically any of the American principles, values and especially freedoms. All are in the direction of this country's demise.

I am shocked that you folks don't support this Obama-Care program.

Just look at all the other Government run programs that are doing just fine.

Fannie Mae and Freddy Smack; oh, sorry bad examples as they caused the world wide financial melt-down.

Look at the Post Office; Oh, sorry, they are inefficient and running out of money.

look at Social Security; Oh, sorry that Ponzi Scheme is also running out of money. But they did scrape enough together to spend $700 thousand of our dollars to send 700 government employees to an Arizona spa for several days.

Look at how well Medicare and Medicaid are doing; Oh, sorry my bad, they are mostly out of money, mismanaged, eaten up by fraud etc.

Well, look at the Federal Reserve System; Oh yea, word is out they can't account for some 9 trillion of our dollars and clearly, wouldn't survive an audit.

So look at the Treasury Department; Sorry, it's currently being run by Tax-Cheat Tim Geithner and throwing TARP dollars around like a drunk sailor on liberty.

Well, at least the Department of Homeland Security is properly managed; Oh Dude I forgot they haven't secured our borders and firmly believe returning vets are their number one threat. My bad.

So, go figure. Maybe the government isn't the group we want running our health care after all. Who knew?

THOSE THAT BELIEVE THE "GUVERNMENT" WILL TAKE CARE OF THEIR HEALTH ARE IN FOR A RUDE AWAKENING. THIS BILL HAS TO BE STOPED ONCE AND FOR ALL, IT WAS A BAD IDEA WHEN THE CLINTONS TRIED, IT IS STILL A BAD IDEA. IT MAY EVEN BE WORSE NOW THAT OBAMAHEALTH CARE IS INVOLVED.

They are trying to push this horrible bill through as quickly as possible so that no one will have a chance to read it and realize what it's really about. More power. If anyone believes that it is about improving health care they are being deluded. Canadians, Mexican, and even Europeans are worried. Where will they go if our health care system is ruined.?
