You need to be somewhat healthy and be able to fight the system but the costs to you can't be beat. You also don't need three levels of insurance. The previous post is probably by a biased person who does not want the restrictions on caregivers that the advantage plans have. For my father a plan that cost only the basic amount turned into a 10K / year expense under Medicare and associated insurances.
