Obama will not take any significant action with Iran. He has already cut a deal with Ahmedinejad behind the scenes. This is an inflamatory statement for which I do not have supporting facts...but, if we still had real journalism in this country the facts would be revealed.

How stupid of American’s to think that Iran will ever resemble U.S. democracy. Or, maybe not.

Ken,

That is not a statement of blame. The sham election exposed President Obama's policy on Iran as one that approaches indifference. He hasn't railed against tyranny. He hasn't screamed support for democracy. He has steered clear of anything resembling a position. He has encouraged debate. He has acknowledged "concern" about violence against dissidents. He wants to talk. None of this is concrete support for or condemnation of anything. President Obama has refused to take a stand against the regime, so the regime walked all over President Obama.

The election drove home the point that the mullahs and President Ahmadinejad have not been persuaded in any way by President Obama's flimsy character.

I agree with everyone who commented on Ken Jarvis.

I disagree with anyone who thinks Muslims want a "better relationship with the West."
