		<description>The excess, over crowding apartment projects (make-work)(after 10 years still have vacancy) in this city would result in our residency under another government mandated crisis.  Where are the apartment projects for members of government? For Dr. Chu? The white house sure is a waste of energy. What is the president going to do to cut his waste!? Or do we have to do THAT for him also? What a government of impracticality and destroyers of freedom. </description>

		<description>Don&#039;t worry, with the economic policies of the U.S. government, and with the snowball really starting to gain speed (30 year fixed foreclosures equal to subprime and more unemployment coming) we will all be able to test out the theory of saving energy by cramming into an apartment.</description>
