EPA answered but could not produce any evidence. FACTS: Plants consume 75 billion tons of CO2 annually. Mankind produces between 3 and 6 billion tons of CO2 annually. The other 70+ billion tons come from natural sources. Oceans contain 39,000 billion tons of CO2. Warm oceans expel CO2 and cold oceans absorb CO2. Warm temperatures cause increased CO2, not the other way around. Cap and Trade will put our economy into depression with NO BENEFIT to the climate.
