    1. Jeannine Baron says:

      I'm proud of you Glenn!!!!!

    2. Barb -mn says:

      Dear Mr. President,

Glenn Beck is a real man. Do you know the difference between him and you? He speaks freedom. He lived his life without stealing (government handouts)from anyone. He took the opportunities, appropriate steps, necessary to prosper and achieve the American Dream. He knows what liberty is.

Think of how you got to where you're at now. Did you ever speak of freedom to the people? Did you ever live your life without stealing (government handouts) from others? Did you ever achieve the American dream without the government? Do you have any idea what LIBERTY IS?

The government is provoking this revolution. The means to justify the end. Grow up OBAMA AND BRING UP THE REST OF THE THIEVES YOU WORK WITH, WITH REPRIMAND. WE'RE SICK OF YOUR LIES AND YOUR COVER-UPS. WERE SICK OF THE DEFAMATION OF THIS COUNTRY AND US! WE'RE SICK OF THE GOVERNMENT'S INABILITY TO COMPREHEND ANYTHING BUT ESPECIALLY THE MEANING OF THIS COUNTRY. WE'RE SICK OF THE HYPOCRISY! WE'RE SICK OF BEING LED BY UNQUALIFIED INDIVIDUALS WHO CLOSE THEIR EARS TO US!

    3. SHIRLEY, SAN ANTONIO says:

      RIGHT ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PROUD TO BE AN AMERICAN, HONORED TO BE A TEXAN.

      NO PLACE LIKE TEXAS.

    4. Katharine, New Braun says:

I was there with my husband and three of my four kids. It was awesome! Thousands of people fed up with this out of control spending and massive unconstitutional expansion of government power! Time to take back this country!

    5. Joan says:

It was a great day to be a Texan!! Great crowd, great people and great signs!!

    6. Pingback: CNN media bias exposed by slanted tea party coverage « Wintery Knight Blog

    7. Robert J, Lompoc, CA says:

I did catch the Glenn Beck broadcast, very inspiring! Glenn really should be commended for his non-stop efforts to teach constitutionalism on air.

When I compare Texas to where I live, I'm left wanting. There is something truly special with those people and that state. We should all appreciate the outspoken support that the Texas government is giving this cause.

    8. Joe, Morton Ill. says:

Where can I get my "Proud to be a RIGHT-WING RADICAL" bumpersticker?

    9. Joe, Morton Ill. says:

I"m new at this, didn't know if message was received or not

    10. James Miller, San An says:

My wife and I spent all afternoon and evening in Alamo Plaza in front of the stage but in the shadow of the storefronts. The crowd was huge and pleasant, though we were packed in tightly. It was an enjoyable and educational experience. Radio/TV WOAI was there in force and posted a long video on their website about the rally. KENS TV posted only a brief video about it on their web site.

    11. Jo, Wisconsin says:

I could not attend but was thrilled with the turn-outs all over the country. Perhaps the president will get the message that people are not stupid! We understand what's going on.

    12. carri galvanek, rale says:

I was at the Raleigh, nc. Tea Party there most have been thousands of people, it was wonderful to be part of the real American people. I looked around me and saw the hard working, happy, and love of country standing next to me. I thought I was alone in my thinking of what was happening in our country. We as conservative people have been in hideing afraid of liberalism mocking us to the corners of our home. I am not alone, I am proud to stand and fight for what is in my heart. Freedom and Liberty is this land and they can not tread on me.

    13. R J Rossi, No VA says:

Great stuff but just like Hannity, Beck & others are saying this cannot stop here. We must continue our efforts at the voting booths next year. Renew American politics by cleaning out our Congress and voting in like-minded, proud Americans who will stand up for our rights and our Constitution. If we keep the same bunch in power our great nation will continue down the same path into oblivion!!!

      God Bless Our Great Country

    14. adan ornelas,altaden says:

PROUD OF ALL THE PEOPLE WHO SHOWED UP TO ALL THE TEA-PARTIES THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY TO DO WHAT THE CONSTITUTION GUARANTEES!

    15. Elaine Kiewlich, Lak says:

I was so proud to watch so many Americans stand up to the cowards in Congress and the lame excuse for a president that we have. I want to join in this effort to kick the representatives that have voted for all of this horrendous spending out of office. I am joining several groups that are working in this cause. I attended a Tea Party in Texas and will continue to support this effort of real Americans who see the corruption and want to eliminate it from our country. This is our time to get involved and make sure that the government we pay for does what it is supposed to. God Bless American and Don't Mess with Texas!!!!!!!!!

    16. Cindy, San Antonio says:

People standing up for Liberty – Awesome.

CNN and NBC scare me with their biased propaganda and dishonesty with the people. The ignorance ('liberalism') in this country is appalling, however, I know more Democrats recently who are standing up for stopping the excessive spending and taxation than Republicans. So perhaps CNN and NBC and the Congress all need to pay more attention to these rallies and what the American people have to say. All Democrats are not ignorant or brainwashed.

Remember the election coming up soon in 2010!

    17. Bonnie, Alabama says:

Our Tea Party here was awesome – not as exciting as Texas but proud we showed up in great numbers. We just need to keep the movement going and growing.

    18. Nora Dixon says:

      I was at the Alamo.

It was very inspiring to see all of the "Right Wing Radicals" gather peacefully and present the same agenda.

Thank you Glenn…..do wish more in the government got "it" like Glenn does. THIS IS JUST THE START!

    19. Linda in Texas says:

Great turnouts. Now, let's take it to DC. Can't stop here. We also need to vote them all out. I hope that they are paying attention that they ARE GOING TO LOSE THEIR JOBS. Happy Days when that happens.

    20. Nob City says:

      Wish I was there!

Had a great time at the one in Indy though.

    21. Chad, San Diego, CA says:

      Right ON Glen!! Rock on!!

    22. Elizabeth,San Antoni says:

It was a wonderful day at the Alamo. My 80 year old mother and I spent the entire day and evening there. We are Proud to be "right wing extremists".

    23. Kathleen Newberry, E says:

Wow – Glenn Beck & Texans are awesome. I took off work to attend a "Tea Party" in Annapolis, Maryland. It was AWESOME! (not to mention peaceful & respectful) Although there were close to 2,000 people attending in the cold, pouring rain, the local news did not cover it. There were several other tea parties in Maryland and the media either down-played or didn't cover them. Pathetic. Maybe we should protest the media!

The tea parties have given me a renewed hope for our country. This is ONLY THE BEGINNING. Keep the faith and hopefully they'll be a "March on Washington" the 4th of July!

Let's take back our country – NOW! We cannot quit!

    24. Los Angeles says:

We had an awesome turnout here in the Los Angeles area – over 2,000 strong and peaceful. It was so heartening to see that there are MILLIONS of fed up Americans who are FINALLY taking a stand and demanding that their beloved country be restored. And if the politicians won't do it, then we will!

      Let's keep fighting!!

      GOD SAVE AMERICA!!!

    25. Lynn B. DeSpain says:

Hopefully, a day will come when Historians will talk of yesterdays, "Tea Party", and the effects of it on the current Administration and Government being that much the same as the first against King George and the British Empire!

We can only understand what is going on through the Media. Know we have the Internet and Media such as the Morningbell. With common understanding, comes common solutions. Now to explain to Our Government just who it is that they work for!

      Hozro

    26. Aaron, Texas says:

Great turn out in Houston, between 3,000 and 5,000 with clever signs. Peaceful and inspiring. Democracy in action! Can't wait to get rid if the Liberal Commies in Washington.

      United we stand!

    27. Mike, Comfort, Texas says:

Now that the ball is rolling, we can't stop, especially in Texas! I'm proud of Texas heritage and will fight to keep it.

    28. Ron, Georgia says:

Glen Beck will and does tell the truth, now is the time for american leaders to listen and see what is going on.

    29. Eugene Hoffman, Hous says:

God, Honor, Family, Country, Duty, Self-interest, Respect for Justice, Individualism, Creativity, Decency and Fair Play are what the CONSTITUTION is founded upon; shame on Washington for their forgetfulness. God Bless America.

    30. Laura, Phoenix, AZ. says:

And in the words of that great statesman Davy Crockett, "You may all go hell, as for me, I'm going to Texas!"

    31. Dale, Yoakum, Texas says:

I attended the Victoria, Texas tea party and was inspired by the speakers and atmosphere of the gathering.

I was surprised to see the Victoria paper had some pictures and excerpts from some of the attendees. However, the paper didn't mention the other tea parties across the country.

Too bad so many who feel like we do, did not take the time to get involved. The only way we will succeed, is if everyone gets involved. Too many men and women have died for this country to protect what we have to let it slip away without 100% effort to keep it. Freedom isn't free and never will be. History, unfortunately does repeat itself over and over unless we stop it. The new administration has already proven the words that were used to get elected, were just words. How many promises are already broken and we've just begun?

Of the people, By the people and For the people.

I'm a 100% disabled vet with terminal cancer from agent orange. I'll still fight for this land in any way possible.

    32. rod, New Braunfels, says:

I loved being a part of the start of a new and long overdue movement: The Conservative Crusade. The San Antonio Tea Party was a prime example of grass roots America standing up and telling Washington apparatchiks, "You will not take our liberty and freedom away, for we will stand together and fight until the last man can no longer breathe." That's what the 186 men did against 5,000 enemy soldiers at the Alamo until everyone was killed by the 13th and final day of the siege. God bless Texas and America.

    33. Kent, Virginia says:

The Megalomaniac now in the White House is not the ONLY problem. Congress has failed us. It is time for Americans to tell the RULING CLASS in D.C., "ENOUGH IS ENOUGH." You're destroying this Republic. You're "derisive" and "dismissive" toward the very Constitution you've sworn to uphold. We're not extremists, unless being an American who believes in the Constitution — and its protections against BIG Government — is "extremist." Perhaps it is, these days. And, if that's the case, why are our politicians pledging to uphold something they don't believe in?

Perhaps, like the Packages and Budgets and such they've "passed," they've not read the Constitution either.

We had the descendants of Revolutionary War soldiers at our Abingdon Tea Party in VA. As Beck says, we believe in something.

We're not Socialists. We shouldn't copy the rampant socialism in Europe. (It isn't working there, by the way.)

Our taxes are already subsidizing their failure.

We've had enough. We're FED up.

    34. Linda J Spadaro says:

      Glen,

God Bless our country. Please help we the people to keep this strong, give us with Rush,Sarah Palin and all those who stand for taking our country back. We need to get rid of both any Dem or republicin that does not listen to us, our Constitution and our GOD!!! We have to stand together our what happens will be our fault!! Our strength is in the silent majority joining together with direction and purpose!!

      Thank you

July 4th is next ,each month we need to do something.

Stop watching any station that ignores us!!! Stop buying those products!!

    35. UThink, Kansas says:

Great job Glen Beck – The liberals will not open their hearts to us…Liberalism is the old Pagan religion or me-ism….

There is no getting through to those folks who do NOT honor a greater power other than themselves….

    36. Tony,NY says:

Mr. Obama is a disgrace to our nation. He can pay for illegal aliens health care but wants to cut the health care of our veterans. He is a spoiled brat who has had everything thing handed to him all his life. It should be required that all public officials spend some time in the real world as a requirement for service. It's time to take the country back before the one world government takes over.

      Richard Marchinko for president!

    37. Linda, New Hampshire says:

I am very grateful to know there are so many others in this country who are as disgusted with the way our country is being disgraced as I am. To date, Mr. Obama, dba "The Piped Piper", has felt no resistance to his socialistic form of government, massive spending of OUR hard earned money or the erosion of our individual rights. Wake up America! Wake up before it's too late! For the next steps are complacency, to apathy, to dependence and lastly, back into bondage! Mr. Obama wanted change? Indeed! Americans unite to give him change! Take back a free America!

    38. David Barnett says:

IF OBAMA COULD FIGURE OUT HOW TO TAX THE PIRATES' RANSOM, THEY WOULD BE IN BUSINESS INDEFINTLY WITH HIS SUPPORT. THE ONLY REASON HE AGREED WITH THE DECISION TO ELIMINATE THE PIRATES IN THE HOSTAGE SITUATION WAS BECAUSE HE COULD NOT COLLECT HIS PERCENTAGE OF THE BOOTY. JUST LIKE IN AMERICA, IF THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION CANNOT MAKE MONEY OFF OF YOUR BUSINESS,THEN NEITHER WILL YOU.

    39. Coy Bowden-- Mariann says:

Watched the show on tv and sure did wish I was there. I love San Antonio having spent 10 years there on two diferent assignments to Lackland AFB. The good people of San Antonio love America and are very patriotic. I attended the rally here in my small town and we had a turnout of about 150. Good for such a small town. I hope to move back to SA in the near future.

    40. Al Wigand E'vi says:

Here in southern IN. our Dummy-crap Rep. said That he didn't drink tea and he would rather we send him diet MtDew….. Does that mean the same as "let them eat cake" I'm FED up with the FED. get them out of our lives!!!!!

    41. Marshall Hill MI. says:

We were at three Rallies in Michigan, this is only

      the begining America!

    42. Virginia Soto-Corpus says:

Kudoos to all of you who voiced your opionions and let your voices be heard. We WILL vote out of office all politicians who do not follow the constitution, who do not hear our voices. GOD Bless this Nation and its people.

    43. Kate, San Marcos, Te says:

I was able to watch our local TEA PARTY on the square in San Marcos and now I have watched Glenn Beck's report. One thing that needs to be brought to the fore: The IRS Tax Code (or at least many parts pertaining to individuals) is not supported by the US Tax Laws. Imagine that? The original Tea Party was about taxation without representation. And so the current Tea Party follows. When the laws of our land do not support IRS code, then it's time to get rid of the IRS and any other branch that does not obey the law of the REPUBLIC! Remember we were formed as a REPUBLIC and not as a democracy. If you don't know the difference, it's time to learn: A REPUBLIC gives those voted into office the right to administer the laws while in a democracy, those voted into office "give" rights to the people. It is exactly opposite – we have our God given rights by which the Constitution was written. What we have in Washington now is a group (including the President)that thinks they have the right to give us our "privileges" with one hand and take our Constitutional rights away with the other hand and in the whole while, throwing taxes on each of us until we become slaves. As for me and my house, we will obey the Lord. So did the founding fathers with the creation of the Constitution!

    44. Maureen Fike, Hessto says:

BO and the beltway gang are finding out that most of the "sheeple" are libral and that the conservatives are not so easily fooled. Even members of the Democratic party are getting a clearer picture of this narcisist and are jumping ship. Sebelius, however is a huge embarassment to the great state of Kansas and one has to wonder if her appointment was a result of the non-tax payer requirement. Makes you wonder why Harvard has prestige status when they obviously are seriously lacking the good sense to not have a person of Sebelius's caliber speaking at their graduation. I heard the radio trouting her acheivements, not only were they inflated but some of them were (more) bold-faced lies. I'm not a fan of warm climates but Texas looks better all the time and you do have Chuck Norris, God love him!

    45. Maureen Fike, Hessto says:

Opps – thats "touting", not "trouting" even though there's something fishy about Sebilius.

    46. Lee A Kenaga, Dearbo says:

The liberal newa commentators misunderstood what

was happening and were caught flat-footed with

what was happening by the large crowds congrega-

ting at different places across the country, and

consequently came off with making assinine re-

marks, not realizing that these were normal folks who were making a stand against this ad-

      ministrations out-of-control spending, and show-

ing their disgust toward placing burdens on their children and grandchildren that they never

had a chance to vote down!

    47. MRD, New York says:

I've never voted before. Ever. I've been sick of politics since well before I was 18.

That being said, if Glenn Beck ever runs for public office, I will register and vote for him. FINALLY someone who gets it.

    48. Darryl Haas, Memphis says:

As surviving Americans, let us NOT make the same mistake in 2012 !

I commend the Freedom-minded people of Texas.

I have lived in several places, and to be honest, Texas is the best place of all !

Texas people have always stood up against tyranny !

      "Remember the Alamo" !

      DH

    49. Cindy, San Antonio says:

After speaking with several 'Democrats' over the process of the Tea Parties and after, it becomes more and more apprent, the Total Ignorance that these people have been 'brainwashed with' (some I think are trying very hard to be positive about this new president and all this (empty) promises, but they all seem to fail in recognizing when they have been Scammed. It's so much easier to believe the mainstream meadia and be too lazy to educate themselves on the facts, or I truly believe the majority of the more educated Dems would quickly change their minds.

Here's to Glenn Beck and everyone else out there fighting to Educate The Masses, whether they like it or not.

    50. Diane, Big Bear, CA. says:

The Tea Party I attended was outstanding! All races, conservative & liberal. And all well informed.

Certainly hope our government officials are taking notice, because "we the people" are not going to stand for being disregarded. Foolishly for us, we voted them in and we won't have any problems voting them out. We can eliminate all of them and start over until they get it right.

    51. DagneyT, San Antonio says:

"Perhaps the president will get the message that people are not stupid! We understand what’s going on."

Sorry, my friend, it's not going to happen. The best we can hope for is that some in congress will "get it"! The rest, we vote out of office!

    52. DagneyT, San Antonio says:

      "April 16, 2009 R J Rossi, No VA writes:

Great stuff but just like Hannity, Beck & others are saying this cannot stop here. We must continue our efforts at the voting booths next year. "

At our San Antonio Tea Party, we had a tables where folks could leave their name and e-mail address so that we can stay in touch, receive alerts & what's coming next. Our next function will be Independence Day (btw, I refuse to call it the 4th of July…it's Independence Day for a reason!)

    53. Ricky D. Ray says:

I was not at the Alamo in 1836 or 2009, I could have been there in 2009 and wish I had been.

We Really need to be back at the Alamo in 2010

with the same massage. WE WILL NOT FORGET WE WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER THE ALAMO

      WE WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER TEXAS

WE WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER VALLEY FORGE

      WE WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER AMERICA

WE WILL NEVER FORGET THE PEOPLE WHO DIDED FOR OUR FREEDOM!!!!!!!
