I have been saying this for awhile now. Competition raises the bar!Always has, always will. In every facet of life. Here in Oregon the OEA (Teachers union) has proposed even more legislation that restricts charter and virtual schools. It is based in fear of competition, plain and simple. Nothing else has prodded the change we need in public education, hopefully competion eventually will.
