The bleating sheep and their herders elected this guy. In a couple years when "the chickens come home to roost", perhaps they'll have tired of what's seemingly in vogue at the moment and elect a legislature grounded in reality to put a stop to his vacuous nonsense.
Obama's plan is to buy the votes of society's moochers. The more moochers, the more votes. I will be very surprised if we don't see a major push to amend the constitution to allow him to serve more than two terms.
He said his "administration has no intention of running General Motors." He made Richard Wagoner step down as General Manager and now says he will replace the entire Board of Directors by August.
Do not be surprised any longer when he does something of a socialist nature – it isn't that he and his cabinet have forgotten the constitution, it's that don't want to operate according to it.
The last time I checked, there wasn't anyone stopping him from moving out of the US. If he's so embarassed by our arrogance and wealth he should redistribute his assets and move to a Iran or South Korea. The rest of us don't need his kind of help.
My children literally VOTED for Obama! Schoolchildren across the country "voted" for Obama, due to their liberally oriented teachers. Major media outlets cheer him on, no matter what he does. As a Conservative, I am deadset against Obama's policies. You tell me how we get people to save themselves when they are getting their self-interest and self-preservation drummed out of them.
This mess can be laid at the feet of 545 elected officials, the president(including the VP), each member of the House of Representatives, and each member of the US Senate be they Democrat, Republican, or Independent.
-They were entrusted by our vote to not only uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America, but also to insure the opportunity for all to have life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness; not the guarantee of it. For this they have failed.
-They were elected to strengthen America through guarding against crippling laws and regulation that would kill America's "Golden Goose" of capitalism. This too they have failed.
-They were elected to insure that an elite ruling class did not materialize in America as it had with monarchs, oligoplies, dictators of all strips, and other despots. They are failing on this count, many see themselves as rulers not the "hired help".
-They were elected to insure that taxes would not be abused for unwanted, unnecessary, unlawful, unconstitutional, too expensive programs and entitlements. They have failed absolutely on this account.
All those that have been entrusted with the sacred trust of guarding and insuring our God given liberty have failed us. That includes the press whose very existence hangs on the 1st Amendment of our constitution. This to will pass away when the 2nd Amendment pass into history.
Now our children's and our children's children's future has been forfeited through reckless and abuse of power. These 545 elected officials have set a course for the ultimate destruction of our beloved country as we have known it. Liberty,Batuimus!

I appreciate the video, although I wish Obama's name was not on it. Not because I agree with him, but because it is continuing the rift between red and blue politics. The real truth is that while we are aguing about Dems and Repubs, they are both robbing us blind. It's not a political thing, it's a constitutional thing.
Jason, It may not be democrats or republicans specifically doing this to us. But it is a liberal Congress doing it, not a traditionalist Congress. Check Congress for libs vs, traditionalists. That is political!
Obama is not trying to "fix" the economy. He wants to change America forever. H wants to ignore the Constitution and remake America into a socialist society. And he has lots of help. Now it is the people who want to stay free and under the Constitution to make our voices heard. 2010 is coming and we need good men and women to lead the Republican party and give us someone to vote for.
One of the most basic economic principles is that you can't spend your way out of debt. If I have $10000 in credit card debt and I borrow $10000 from the bank to pay them off, I still owe $10000. I just have a longer time to pay it off. Gee, now I can spend more on my credit card again. It's a vicious cycle that we we never get out of!

he is spending money that we don't have and it is not going to help in the least. my brother had a pretty funny idea- Obama Monopoly.- whenever you lose all of your money the bank just bails you out. or in this case the bank is the goverment. Don't even get me started on the whole socialism thing. We're not going socialist and never will, we have a "hybrid" society. Your local police, fire department, schools, all paid for by the United States government! Isn't that socialist!?
