No wonder we're falling behind. Thank the NEA for that.. He must have an agenda that he is not revealing for his "expert opinions" on voucher programs. He would rather see kids fail in the union-controlled hell holes called public schools. I wonder where he is ending his kids to. Majority of these people that oppose vouchers to poor families are hypocrites, sending to private schools or upper class suburban schools.
