There is truly an appropriate song for this president by the pop music group, the BeeGee's called, "I started a Joke". As with the lyrics song continued, 'and the wholed world started crying...'
The real question is, who are his real handlers? Who are the power behind the throne? It is becoming very clear to all that without his teleprompter, this president is a not only a joke, but his true beliefs and thoughts of the American people, our economy, our culture, and his knowledge of just what makes up the real wealth of our country; our entrepeur spirit, our in God, our independent spirit, us, the "golden goose of America, us the taxpayers.

Take a good hard look everyone.
This video shows that George Bush tried to warn Congress in 2002 that this economic crisis was coming, if something was not done. But congress refused to listen, along with Barney Franks. This video says it all.

I also want you to note that the liberal AMERICAN media did not want this video on You Tube, so they had Time
Warner threaten a law suit (proprietary rights) if it was not taken off.

This link is of the same video but is routed through Canada. Everyone in America needs to see this! Obviously, we know this, but so many don't realize the people put in charge of "fixing" the problem are the ones that created it.

Lynn: As a member of the bar, I should take umbrage at your comments about lawyers, but you are correct that the role of an attorney with client is to advocate for the client. It used to be that attorneys at the highest levels of government, no longer under a duty to advocate for a client, could use their training and, yes, their legal/moral compasses to guide the nation (e.g. Honest Abe). Unfortunately, many law schools have completely abandoned any notions of universal justice or natural law, embracing instead raw political power as justification for law. With many lawyers, therefore, there is no "there" there. They have no compasses. I fear that Obama fits in that category, along with many of the statist legislators, both Democratic and Republican. What's left is power alone, driven by the mantra "A crisis is a terrible thing to waste." This is an object lesson in the risk of putting all power in the government's hands, controlled by one party. Unfortunately, we can't count on the lawyers to provide any constraints, as they have sold out to power and money.

"So how's that change working for ya?" Mr. Obama is an attorney and when a lawyer says something, what they say and whay you hear are often several diiderent things, depending on what they'ere defending at the time!
He's going to lower all our taxes, turn right around and raise them for everyone though things like carblon tax, green house tax, energy tax, etc.
Even a fool shold know that even if you cut a tax in half and then add on all these new taxes, you are paying the same or MORE!

I agree Barb, how fitting, the most tragic "joke" ever perpetrated on the American public, if he spoke it, he thought it, if he thought it, he is thinking it. God knows what else he is thinking.

He has hurt many families in America. He needs to say he is sorry in the public, not to some organization.

During the campaign for the White House in 2008, the media criticized Palin for being ‘common,’ 'not-polished,' 'not-compassionate' and ‘not presidential.’ However, compare Sarah Palins attitude in this video created three weeks ago for the Special Olympics in Boise, Idaho.

You decide the more ‘presidential’ among them:

Great point! What I don’t understand is that he offended more than just the Kennedys and the Shrivers. He offended who does or could participate in the Special Olympics. Where is their apology?
